Take your athlete’s game to the next level with Roe Pro Summer Camp! This program is designed specifically for serious youth athletes in grades 5th-8th, providing a focused environment to enhance their skills, strength, and mental performance. Each day is packed with purposeful training, and athletes will be subdivided into smaller groups based on skill level and grade for tailored coaching and support.
Led by experienced trainers and collegiate athletes, our camp is the perfect blend of challenge, learning, and fun—helping young athletes gain the edge they need to succeed in their sport and beyond.
Mon-Fri Schedule 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
7:30-8:00 AM | Drop-Off
Athletes arrive at Roe Pro Fitness & Athletics, ready to start their day.
8:00–9:00 AM | Speed & Agility Training
Start the day with explosive movement training designed to sharpen linear speed, lateral quickness, and body control.
• Mon/Wed/Fri: Speed
• Tues/Thurs: Agility
9:00–9:30 AM | Snack & Hydration Break
A chance to rehydrate and refuel before diving into our next block of training and learning. Athletes can bring their own snacks.
9:30–10:20 AM | Sports Performance Lecture & Film Breakdown
Athletes review video clips from the morning session and learn how to critique and improve their own movement. Includes mini lessons on performance habits, recovery, and building a strong athletic mindset.
10:20–11:00 AM | Group Games
Fun, fast-paced activities that build teamwork, communication, and competition in a positive setting.
11:00–11:30 AM | Lunch
A 30-minute lunch break. Athletes must bring their own lunch each day.
11:30 AM–12:00 PM | Pre-Lift Prep + Mental Performance
Before hitting the weight room, athletes go through lift goals and focus cues while also incorporating tools for mindset and motivation from our mental performance curriculum.
12:00–1:00 PM | Strength & Conditioning
Age-appropriate strength and conditioning work designed to build athletic power, durability, and confidence. Focus on form, progression, and injury prevention.
1:00–1:40 PM | Group Games #2
Afternoon games keep the energy up and finish the day with friendly competition and teamwork.
1:40–2:00 PM | Cool Down & Mobility
We close each day with guided stretching, mobility drills, and breathing techniques to support recovery and long-term development.
